What are your operating hours?

We provide overnight care from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, perfect for parents working night shifts or anyone needing a night to recharge your children will be in safe, loving hands.

How do I get started with enrollment?

Getting started is easy! Check out the step-by-step image shown above to see how we go from your initial form to your child’s first Safe & Sound experience.

Do you provide meals for the children?

We do! With our meal plan option, your child will receive both dinner and snacks, making overnight care simple and stress-free for busy parents.

What safety measures do you have in place?

We keep safety first with on-site security cameras, secure check-in/out procedures, and trained caregivers. A CPR/First Aid–certified staff member is always present.

What should my child bring? Do they need to come ready for bed?

Your child doesn’t need to arrive in pajamas it’s not required! Just make sure they have pajamas for drop-off, and we’ll help them get cozy for the night. A separate list of other essentials will be provided to make things easy.

What is your reservation and cancellation policy?

To hold your child’s spot, we require a deposit for each week. If plans change, simply let us know at least 48 hours in advance. While deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied toward a rescheduled session, making it easier to adjust your plans without losing your spot.
